I've only been Catholic for four months. I want to say it is confusing to hear one thing from the Pope & something else from priests & the tradition of the Church, but if there is an error between Pope Francis & the magisterium of the Church, the error has to be with Francis. Catholic formation can be a challenge these days, but I thank God for the work established in the past. I ordered a book from the 1920's titled "The Man of God", which goes over basic things like how to perform a proper examination of conscience & prepare for confession. In the book, the "sin of Sodom" is listed as one of the sins which cries out to God for vengeance. If someone like myself who is only starting the walk of faith can learn right from wrong, how can our Pope be ignorant of the teachings of the Church? It has to be a willful act on his part.

So many of us have to seek out faithful shepherds online because our priests and bishops have made themselves scarce and do not have courage to address the real issues. This video eased my sense of loneliness. I can no longer talk to family. They won’t even consider the truth of our secular global situation much less that there is a great spiritual battle raging. "By their fruits you shall know them." The fruits of Vatican II are heresy, rabid ecumenism, loss of vocations to priesthood and religious life, infestation of the seminaries by SODMITES, church closings, an exponential increase in annulments. ONLY the willfully blind, who CHOOSE NOT to read, not to be informed, not to RELY on a Baltimore or Trent catechism and who rarely pray, cannot see this. They follow blind guides and fall into the pit.

Revisiting this in 2022, situation is worse than ever. What is one lone sheep to do? The shepherd of my diocese along with the priests have outlawed the true Mass. I’ve no family left and no friends, am no longer able to travel and the one priest I used to email has passed to his reward. Pray for his soul! He got cancelled a long time ago. My prayer life is dry as a bone and my mind can’t focus. God knows I try, but I’m failing. Prayers are requested. Just to die in a state of grace.

Our True Pope, Vicar of Christ, is Pope Benedict XVI and the other one is a false one. The prophecy of St. Francis of Assisi and Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich's vision of 2 popes are fulfilled with this false one. Before the 2nd coming of Christ, the Church must follow in the footstep's of Her Lord to Calvary -- Catechism #675, 677. That's why we have all this turmoil in the Church. And we know, after this painful period, the Church will be resurrected gloriously; all beautiful, pure, humble, meek, and full of Love like our Heavenly Mother Mary. So let's not be in fear, but have hope and trust in God. The Scripture will be fulfilled and the faithful will exult in joy.

We must know the True Catholic Doctrine, and Natural Law of God. The First Commandments is to Love God with your whole Heart and Soul. We must live by God's Commandments. Catholics must read the true Bible and live in a State of Grace. Yes, Confession every week and turn from the evil of this world. It's so sad here in Ireland. A very gentle, pastoral bishop allowed himself be interviewed by a hostile RTE radio. He attempted to defend the pope's words and got led into a trap on gay marriage. He had to admit that civil partnership is seen as a step on the way to gay marriage, so if you're condoning CP on grounds of inclusion, how can you exclude the same people from civil marriage? It's a contradictory position. How naive to believe that LGBTQ promoters would be satisfied with one institution for gay people and another for the 'straight'. I'm afraid, it's all or nothing. The Church can't be a 'little bit' right or a little bit wrong.

35:31 Papal elections, the conclave of cardinals and etc are not part of the Faith or Apostolic Tradition. The pope could dispense with the whole process and simply appoint his successor on his death bed as Peter and Linus did. More to the point, what JPII did can have no bearing on the validity of a pope.

Hmmmm....but is the College of Cardinals "the Church" that must judge the Pope? Did the College of Cardinals exist when St. Robert wrote this? Are not we laity included in the Church too? If it's up to the College of Cardinals who comprise of probable heretics too, there is no solution to this scandal except Divine Intervention. But if the Church is more than a college of cardinals (which I would think it is), then we might have a hope and prayer. God bless~
