From what I've seen, I suppose the stolen code (from the FC build) was still there and when they merged the code still remained and they didn't remove it. Idk what really happened tho, I'm still waiting for the mod to come out but they should say something about the allegations.

According to Sertif on Twitter, the leaks were not a factor in why they gave up Mr. Stick's campaign, its probably a matter of them just wanting to do something different, there is a pretty good chance that PT will get more updates once WOON is in a decent state, afterall, you can't expect to over-work a small indie studio.
