This is a masterpiece. It's sad how bad the quality has gotten over the last 6 years of KZbin re-compressing the video over and over. I used to watch this on my 4K TV and be blown away by the detail. Now YT has turned it into a colorful blob.

Visually stunning stuff. I wonder if you could make a 4 minute journey with lots of variety and progression while maintaining a fixed theme. I say this because the compilation is great but its like watching several clips from different worlds as opposed to one rich variety filled journey from the same world.

Wow. I am impressed, and I'm not easily impressed. The lightning storm, the matched soundtrack, fantastic job. Must have taken some time. I have to wonder what your pc build is. I have a 6core 4ghz machine now and am tempted to make more renders. Does anyone know if I can link my pcs together, like a network render, to render faster yet?

hi julius. how did you get in contact with max cooper? saw your fractal visuals.I like. I developed a fractal-system that´s reacting in realtime. ok, has no time to build out the detailed surfaces of m3d. but I think it looks interesting and has a special "udo-quality" :) constantly searching for musicians which are interested. thanks u

Got in contact with him through Vimeo. He's actually not a big fan of fractals, so I'm not sure he's interested except if it doesn't look fractal at all. But there must be tons of musicians that are.

I also noticed that some musicians have reservations about fractals as visuals. no, my audio-reactives already look like it. but more than 45 - 50 iterations are not possible. then the frame rate becomes too low and the flow is gone. that it works at all is because hlsl and vvvv are very fast (and my pc also). if you have time you can watch the video I have over 300, all recorded in real time. but adjusting + setting morhings can take a long time :) kzbin.info/www/bejne/qWPafqCGd8aXd6s
