Where can I get this boots?
@TheShelleybeans8 жыл бұрын
can you get one at the emergency room or does it have to be special made for you

They are not custom made, they are usually fit by your shoe size. They would have them in stock at the hospital, some doctors' offices (especially in orthopedics), or at a Prosthetics & Orthotics company.

abcamputee Thank you so much. After the Orthopedic office charged me 300 for mine I saw them on Amazon for 36 bucks. Thanks for the video. It helps when you see what you'll be getting yourself into. BTW my arms aren't long enough to reach the strap by my toes without hurting my ankle further. I love the boot though.

TheShelleybeans An emergency room will give you a splint and crutches or possibly a cast. A splint is used if you are still experiencing swelling. The boot will be supplied by a foot doctor.
