I'm struggling with montipora as well but I'm trying my best to keep stability in my water parameters. You learn so much a long the way especially with dosing. I've been paying attention to your videos and I think by far you do a thorough yet simple way of explaining coral care. I will definitely be taking a lot of tips from you. Thank you for doing us all a service. In the future reefs will definitely only live in our homes. Glad to see there are awesome teachers like you out there😊.

Watched till the end. Great info. I agree looks pretty simple. Didn't realize it as that easy to graft them as well.

Awesome mate - this is gonna be so useful. I stayed to the end ;) Lots of people think this is difficult but to see a non-professional do it so easily helps newer reefers not to worry. So SUPER valuable. I think those two Montis are really the best part of your tank - I love how the zoas sit on them and they plate out so it's different to the other coral and really creates a contrast. I know these grow fast but don't sell that piece - especially when you have a couple of bigger acros and digis you will be glad you kept them ;) I think Montis are so underrated ;)

I stayed to the end. As always I stay to the end. Love the content and tank. Your tank inspired me to get back into the hobby after 20 years of being out of it. Keep em coming. Watch everyone. And I have never fragged monties on purpose. Mostly have dropped them or other corals or rock slides.

Awesome job chief. I stayed until the end that’s a great idea on mixing monti plates. I can’t wait until mine start growing like such. Maybe I could mix them up not since they’re just frags. Also is it necessary to dose
@shanetackett82765 жыл бұрын
Bro I find your stuff premium information, but could you do some stuff over fish too? That would help me out great. I take notes from alot of your videos. I may have missed some but I dont find anything over fish from you. You're really knowledgeable so I'm sure you can come up with some great content. Especially for newbies like me! Love your stuff though. Hope you get this message.

I’ve got to get myself some polip lab glue because at the moment I use the glue my lfs brands as there own and it’s a bit runny but that polip lab glue is not runny at all and I can’t wait to see how long that Monti takes to grow back I’m going to guess 4 months and 3 days
@eatsleepreef95655 жыл бұрын
Ya polyplab glue is solid! I think you are right on the dot with the time frame :)
@elizabethdiaz80013 жыл бұрын
Txs for the video, (I watched it till the end) question; do you need to add anything to the water for mantis? Like extra calcium? I know you mention a Calcium reactor. Also what type of glue you used? I'll appreciate the help.

I'm new to this reefing stuff and so far I love it .....but the monti frag I bought the only sent monti nothing attached to it can I just lay on rock in tank ???? It's pretty big probably 1 1/2 inches long and almost same other way... Will it naturally attach

Great Video as always and your colours are just ridiculous, I have a question regarding your flow with the MP10 what Mode do you prefer and what percentage do you run? Im struggling to find a mode other than Reef Crest at 2000lph (4 Lights) in my RedSea Max Nano which is up to around 34x that provides a good balance.
