I always love a basement and a loft in a house like this. Would it be value added to incorporate a loft for this type of design? Especially with prefabricated trusses.

I was impressed until the trusses showed up. I think true customs have conventionally framed roofs. Nice job regardless, I'm sure it's nice to have a good crew

Yeah I lost interest once the paper house wrap came out. That stuff does not stand the test of time.

@@drnickriviera8270 neither does most of the wood used ... nobody builds brick houses anymore which if I was going for a custom house that I wanted to last a lifetime and be a good inheritance I'd go for a brick home. Better in every aspect.
