8:04 the lighting behind those transparrant tiles, do you still have easy access to replace it? I know LEDs technically last a long time, but not forever and those tube lights tend to fail more than other styles of fixtures. Do love the effect it has though, there is so much you can do with modern LED lighting to create unique styles and patterns these days and not enough of it is being exploited.

Home builds really remind me of where I was just a few years ago, no savings, no IRA, nothing.Thought owning a home was out of reach. But after three years of hard work and smart investing, I grew my savings to $350k and finally bought a home. If I can do it, anyone can. Graham David Fullerton was very helpful in making this dream a reality by investing towards a particular goal.

I went from having no money to invest, to working my butt off with Uber Eats for four months to save around $20k to start working with Graham David Fullerton. Now, I'm sitting at $128k, and I’m absolutely loving the progress, hoping to buy my first home soon. Glad that you have to bring this up.

OK, as a preservationist, I admit my heart stopped a little watching that little cottage come down in the beginning, but there is no argument that this is an INCREDIBLE house, and I hope your family has made it into a happy home. I would have liked to see the inside of the little cottage. I think it looked like you could sit on the porch of the little house and be quite at home. It was sad to see it demolished. The other house was nice, but it could have been built somewhere else and preserve the little home.

I have to say it's super nice to see a dumpy house torn down and replaced! I have had countless conversations with people that all we ever do is build. Homes have a life span and it isn't forever. No one wants to lose out on a property because it's an investment. It just kills me when homes go into disarray and become left behind and we go and divide up more land to build new homes. Wish there was a process to affordably remove junk homes and make that land available again for reuse.
