Since B&T won't bother telling us where to get the materials for cel-framing, I AM going to: I picked up a pair of acid-free mats at Hobby Lobby as well as an 11X14 photo frame (wait for when frames are on sale. HL rotates departments for what's on sale each week) and a set of Mounting Strips at Amazon (look for "Lineco See-Thru Polyester Mounting Strips, 4 inches, Package of 12 (L533-4015M)"). I mounted the cel on the outer mat with the strips, sandwiched the cell with the second mat, and using a white sheet of glossy photo printing paper (having the cell sandwiched between mats means it doesn't touch the background sheet). And I got the whole thing framed easy-peazy for less than $40. There! I've just saved you 13 minutes of listening to this useless clown's jibberish.

I recommend only using a couple of small pieces of tape on each top corner, rather than all the way down the side

Won't the tape damage the cel over the years?

It shouldn't do if you use archival tape that's acid free. It's also better to only use a couple of small vertical strips on the two top corners, rather than all the way down the cel (like he did here lol)

You can get this stuff at Michael's, Blick, or Hobby Lobby. Whatever you do buy, make sure that everything is acid free and lignin-free. I personally wouldn't have put acidic tape on any portion of the cel and I'd have gotten rid of the MDF/acidic backing on the frame and replaced it with acid free foam core (Elmer's actually makes this) something else.
