Sir ,If a accused accepts alligations imposed on him before a magistrate after framing charge , then what is legal creditability of this confession? Whether accused can be convinced on such confession? Whether that confession presumed according to sec164?

If accused person confesses his guilt after framing of charge then his confessional statement is recorded under section 364 Cr.PC, however if any accused person wants to admit his guilt during investigation in police custody then police brings the accused before Magistrate and thereby Magistrate records his confession under section 164 CrPC. Confession under section 164 is recorded during investigation while confession under section 364 is recorded during trial after framing of charge. Both confessions are admissible unless they’re recorded properly by Magistrate.
