Interviewers are always pretentious trash.

Perhaps the interviewer came off that way to you because his grasp of English is somewhat limited. I appreciate that he asked her to elaborate on her working relationship with Andy Warhol. I’ve heard her say in several talks that she did not care for Warhol nor did he care for her but I’ve never heard an interviewer ask her to elaborate on that. Unfortunately he didn’t press her to explain more of why she disliked Warhol.
