I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, when I started using it I experienced intense vertigo for days... until I figured out it was linked to my phone. Bought a copper phone case & use a shungite rock sticker for anti EMF. I never keep it on my person (always in a purse/bag), use wire headphones/speaker away from head to talk... I even contacted my internet provider and made them turn off 5G for my wifi at home, it's at 2.4G. No more headaches or vertigo. Yes! Airplane mode is important at night, I even turn off my internet at night and my phone stays off & out of the bedroom. I still want to have children someday 🙌🏽

Amazing and just what I needed to see. I also need to get rid of my iphone 12 clearly. Just spent the past week arranging the house with wired internet, so limiting the use of wifi. I was planning on switching it off completely and using just 4G/5G on our phones, BUT now I will keep it running and limit the use of the 4g/5g at home. Also I'm so bad as I keep my phone in my trousers pocket but will change that process asap. Thank you again for the tips.

i use airplane mode most of the time and connected to a wifi. my regular calls are diverted to a phone that is more than 7 meters away. and when i do phone calls i use speaker and phone is 30 cm away from my head

I can't use WiFi at all. For internet I use an Ethernet cable, and when I have service on my flip-phone, I even keep that on Airplane mode, because of the damage I did to my heart years ago has caused sensitivity to high radiation levels, which basically caused frequent episodes of arrhythmia. So I just don't use Smart tech at all.

I use a wired phone. First mobile phones, the bag phone was UHF. I used mine in truck but hooked up outside antenna. To bad cell phones can't have an antenna hook up. When you use a cell phone in car the car body shields and reflects the signal. Phone also may go to a higher out put wattage. So between the high wattage and reflected signal you get a big dose of microwaves.

France changed its regulations and its tests. Instead of a 5 mm distance, the test has been done at a 0 mm distance. Also, iPhone 12 passed one test, which was close to the head and in the bag or pocket of the jacket. France said that it’s not a safety concern. In other countries, it’s not an issue. Canada did a test 6 months ago, and everything was fine. It's also tested in the worst-case scenario when the signal is super low so you won’t get that much radiation in normal use. Do those tips for any phone, but don’t be afraid. Sun has more radiation, and wave radiation is different from radioactive radiation. IPhone sent France software to reduce its radiation to pass their law. Don't forget the number 4 is something arbitrary and ten times lower than the dangerous value

I went in for my yearly mammogram, and had my phone in my bra as I would normally do and she pulled out a chart of someone else’s results, and there was a phone shape on the breast from them, carrying their phone in the same way. I worked for Apple for 3 1/2 years this phone, and one other was the bulk of my calls for issues, including starting to smoke and shortage in our is charger in his vehicle.

I used up all my data on my iPhone 11 and it started giving me really bad headaches and event my left eye would get blurred . Then I got the shingle and I was watching utubes on cause of shingles and two different videos said radiation and your environment can cause you to have shingles out breakout I got a new phone last week and I messed up and got an iPhone 12 It does still feel like I am getting radiation, and I wish I would have gotten a different phone. Here in France .. a small city where I live , many parents I know don’t give their children a phone only during hischool …anyway it’s forbidden in the school so it’s useless but since my son is so insistent to have one during his hischool years so I gave him one,an old Nokia 😂 not accessible to internet it’s purely for emergency purposes if he goes to a friend’s house etc you can be sure his not addicted to his phone 😆✌🏼🇫🇷

I think Wifi is less harmful. What I personally do is have a timer where my Wifi is turned off from 9pm to 7am in the morning so my body has some time with no signal.

Let’s not confuse electromagnetic radiation vs ionizing radiation. Radiation is an umbrella term of different energy wavelengths. Ionizing radiation like x rays can be DNA damaging. I don’t think our phones are producing ionizing radiation.
