1979 was a very tremendous year in music. As a kid coming up in NY, this was definitely one of the year's most memorable dance gems. Big ups to WBLS!! France Joli was all in a class herself at the time, with other hits I recall just as vivid from yesrs 1980 and 1981 with "I Feel Like Dancing" and "I'm Gonna Get Over You."
