Most of the Taegeukgi unit(who disagree arresting Yoon)opposing the impeachment of Yoon Seok-yeol are paid people. The people gathered across the street do not receive a penny, and the people who voluntarily gathered to protect democracy do not receive any money. So, the Taegeukgi unit is not a group of people gathered to truly oppose impeachment, but a group of people out to make money. Senior citizens receive 80,000 won per day, and young people in their 20s and 30s receive 140,000 won per day.

The arrest itself is illegal, and it is the Democratic party that is actually starting a coup d'etat over this. Under the Korean constitution, the president is allowed to initiate martial law. There is no question about this. Whether his reason is legal or not, that is to be adjudicated at the constitutional high court within weeks if not days. The only reason you arrest someone in a situation like this is if they are a flight risk, or if they are suspected of attempting to destroy evidence. Neither can be true since it's been about 6 weeks since the incident. Furthermore, the CIO, which is the anti-corruption agency that took the lead in the arrest, they aren't even legally able to investigate treason or rebellion. They are an anti-corruption agency, what expertise would they have to investigate a constitutional crisis like this? Not only that, the arrest warrant that they sought was intially turned down by the central court, so they basically went court shopping to a district court that is known to have a liberal judge. Every single thing that has happened since the martial law attempt by the Democratic party has been illegal.

it's totally legal, you go around KZbin and leave comments which are in fact totally fake, you can't blindfolded people, soon or later they will know the fact.

@@sjjj3564 Tell me, is the anti-corruption agency legally able to investigate treason or insurrection? You can't just say something is legal, prove it. I said something, I backed it up with facts. If you say I'm wrong, fine, say I'm wrong but tell me why. Tell me if the CIO, or anti-corruption agency is legally able to investigate insurrection? I'll wait.

@@sjjj3564 Lee Jae Myung is a criminal, already convicted 4 times, and is going to be convicted again. He is a TERRIBLE human being, people around him die for no good reason. I think 7 people who are associated with him have died, right? It must be pretty dangerous to be associated with him, you never know when you might die. Everything the Democratic party is doing is to delay, delay, delay until they can get Lee off. What happens to Yoon is less important, but if Lee becomes president, that is the end of our democracy. He has already said publicly that he wants the US out of Korea. He has praised China and North Korea.

@@sjjj3564 Also, let me ask you about this, seriously. Everything about the martial law has been because of election tampering allegations. Now, I understand if you don't think election tampering occurred. Don't you think that the election commission has a duty to remain transparent, and if there are allegations of tampering, then they should help the authorities get to the bottom of those issues? Instead, they are doing everything they can to be an opaque as possible, to not allow anyone to even question them. They're using counting machines that are made in China. How can stuff like this not concern you? Do you not care about a fair democratic process? You don't care as long as your side wins?
