Très belle interprétation avec des voix d'enfants, ce qui est rare, mais pourtant souhaité par Igor Stravinski. C'est une œuvre majeure du XXe siècle, complètement ensorcelante.

I feel J.S. Bach behind this work, it is not surprising seeing as Stravinski knew very well Bach works.

If someone had proposed to perform this cantata/canticle in a huge room, I'd have said they're crazy. Yet here we are, and some spiffy sound engineering has preserved many fine details while not kiboshing the Basilica's natural reverb. In fact, I now rather enjoy the way the initial percussive chords echo somewhat ominously. A very fine listening experience - MANY thanks for sharing!

Wunderschöne Aufführung dieser relativ unbekannten Sinfonie mit gut phrasierten doch perfekt vereinigten Tönen aller Instrumente sowie gut harmonisierten Stimmen des perfekt trainierten Chors. Der geniale Maestro dirigiert das ausgezeichnete Orchester im gut analysierten Tempo und mit sorgfältig kontrollierter Dynamik. Echt hörenswert!
