2 lbs Ricotta
1 lb ground beef
4 eggs
13 oz. plain bread crumbs
2 tbls dry parsley
salt to taste
2 cans of crushed tomatoes

That's Mom's recipe I've been trying to get out her for years... all the ingredients i knew but not the amounts (she said she couldn't remember...) not sure how you got her to tell you but they look exactly like hers and i can't wait to finally make them!!!
