@@EveryDayLimits snagged one from Scheels out in Omaha. I went back the next day and the Franchi section was pretty cleared out. Maybe try gunbroker?

Just ordered one but it was Elite 3 instead of 3.5 with same Camo as yours. Seeing this Video I have a second thought about canceling my order.

If it changes your decision, they are covering the cerakote under warranty and have sent it in to get redone. It only happened to a couple of guns from what I understand. I guess thats what you get for buying a first production. My dad has since also purchased this gun. I will be doing an update when I get it back from Benelli to show the new cerakote job.

Hey brother, what chokes do you use? I’ve been debating between this gun and the sx4. I’ve been leaning more towards this one. Just want to know which choke it patterns well with! And I need an extended length choke due to my location.

Great review thanks. Is the stock rubberised or simply stippled plastic? I'm always concerned since having a major branded synthetic stock rubber becomes sticky and degrading after about 10 years. Annoying as mechanically is fine! A quality gun should be for life really!

hopefully they take care of your cerakote issue, would be unfortunate to pay the extra money for the finish and not be able to reap the benefits it should provide! also if the gun is anything like the SBE series of guns, you can click the bolt lock button before pulling the bolt back instead of while you are holding the bolt back. does the bolt lock button also drop another shell when the bolt is forward to make for easy unloading like it does in my sbe 3?

@@EveryDayLimits Hey man! I actually ended up buying the franchi elite 3.5 a few weeks ago partially due to your videos. I gotta say I love the gun! I’ve taken it out about 5 times and haven’t had any failures to eject. Taken cranes, geese, and ducks with this thing down in Texas. Cheers!

How do you find the franchi chokes? My 3.5 Affinity is in timber, love it. Have a small mark of the "ceracote" lifting by front of ejector port though...be waiting to see what the company say..

The stock chokes are trulok short medium and long range. Not sure if you can purchase these separate

@@EveryDayLimits I'm in the UK, we get X3 franchi mobil style chokes F, M and IC= 1/4 1/2 and full. She smokes skeet really nice with 1/4. Good game getter. thinking WW supreme for distance choke as I have one already in my Benelli woodcock [US lightweight] shoots 28, 30 and 32g hevi a long way out real nice stopper shell.

Should be getting re cerakoted right now as we speak. Covered under warranty. Will hopefully have it back in a couple weeks and post a video of it and let you know what else they told me.
