From a Grocery Marketing guru back many years claimed that the poor used to buy dog food to eat. The Grocery chain store I worked for sold crazy amounts of pet food, mainly dog food. Another fantastic video.

I once tried cat food sort of. I opened a can of cat food & it was the best home cooked dinner smell ever. Kind of surprised me because of good it smelled. But I only touched a tiny bit to the tip of my tongue before wiping it off with a towel. It didn't taste of anything though.

Did you know that dog food is actually processed more pure than people food? I found that out from a dog food manufacturer. The 'testing' labs look at dog food more closely than food for us. Kinda wild!
