Mini keyboards are not used for everyday typing. Most of the time they are used in field Service by technicians in different fields that need to use a keyboard to operate machines. They are easier to use due to their small size. I use them in the field for connecting to equipment myself. Type on them like you would your phone sideways.

the bone headphones mean you can still hear whats going on around you so if you dont want to hear sounds around you you can use the ear plugs :)

I think the ear plugs are to stop you hearing extrainious noise and only hear the vibrations/music through the skull that way you won't be distracted from the music
