Granny used to love them. Very Scottish, very old school!

Seen them as a kid at Kelvin Hall in 1974. I remember laughing my head off.

i saw them back in 1989 at the Kings, the end of an era , two of the all time Scottish greats , what a shame they only stayed in Scotland

I remember Rikki Fulton saying the english didnt know what they were talking about. But the scotts knew! Ha ha. Funny. I am not scott or British but i love brit humour and all this old stuff.

There were two chaps at the door, one chap said to the other chap, "is yer sister in?". The other chap says "naw she's at Arbroath". The first chap says "That's alright, I'll just wait till she's feenished".
@MrSelidor714 жыл бұрын
Who else started laughing as soon as Ricky did when Arbroath was mentioned? And then even harder when he said 'how does that go again?'.

@@shycharlieace I was there also. It was either 1964 or 1965. It was a wonderful time for me as an eight year old, with my parents and grandparents, sadly now all gone. But how we all laughed and joined in with the audience during the songs. Such great times and wonderful memories.
