@Francis ... Keep going mate, you have been an inspiration to millions over the years. Due to Arthritis, I can no longer play the guitar, but only this week was recommended to try Molasses as a natural assistant to reducing the effects. Try it yourself as I am going to and maybe in a few months time I will be giving the old Quo rifts another visit.

Thanks for sharing the tips Francis! I guess my artritis was contracted from boogieing on Quo from the age of six. ;-) (When my older brother brought home his first Quo record)

Did the meet and greet last year and we discussed prostate exams. Surreal, but it’s one of those things that men ought to discuss, because ultimately without health, what do you have?

Had to stop playing live because of arthritis, used to play bass now I only play acoustic 6 string now and then, hope to set up a home studio too keep my music going, love early Quo, went to M|ilton Keynes end of the road, I was 15 and pissed on cider, stay well Francis

Have to say I admire you even more now. Health is important and too often a nono to speak about for us men. For some reason we have to apear imortal. Oh and guys, over 50 go check your prostate!
