I wrote this song based on my experience growing up wanting to pursue a career in music. A lot of people told me that music would be nothing more than a hobby, which was discouraging to hear during my teenage years. Thankfully, I decided to venture out to LA to try figure out my music career while going to college. I didn’t know what to expect but I’m very grateful for all the support you all have shown me this past year. It still feels unreal & you guys constantly remind me how worth it this all was.
