Respect Leonidis from Turkey, it made me cry when Leonidis has kissed naim's coffin at his funeral. They were both winners of the history and they will never be forgotten.

I dont mean to be so off topic but does anyone know of a method to get back into an instagram account?? I was stupid lost the login password. I would love any tips you can offer me.
I am Greek, but Naim definitely deserved this victory. A word on history, however: Turks never miss a chance to say how proud they are to have conquered and ruled Greece for 400 years, and yes, you should be proud. Yet, Greeks were also loyal and proud Ottoman citizens who gladly served their Turkish masters in the arts, business, education, government and science. It was only when your rule became harsh that we sought to break away. But that bond many of us feel for Turkey is still strong.

We are proud. Yes. Who do I mean by "we"? We together. Greeks & Turks.Turks learned to establish an empire from Greeks. Turks inherited from Byzantian empire. Therefore some of our historians call Ottoman Empire as 3. Rome. Even Suleiman the Magnificent call himself as Ceasar. For the video and Leonidas , He was a formidable rival. Pleased to watch their competitions.

En son kaldiristan önce leonidis 185 için podyuma çıkıyor ve geri iniyor. Naim rahmetli 182.5 e geliyor. Burda rakip halterci ekibi 185 i kaldıracak mis gibi yapıp naimi etki altına mi almaya çalışmışlardı acaba. 185 e çıkartmak için. Çok ilginç.

People should respect and stop hating and discreting Naim's success. This man holds the highest sinclair points ever. Height may have been an advantage but truth is Valerios couldn't bring his squat with 190 kg in Atlanta. This had nothing to do with height, he was simply weaker.

It's okay. Greeks and Turks when playing against each other do this all the time. Not just in this sport but also in others. It makes the games much more exciting for watchers, and players actually get motivated by it and perform better. If you want to experience it go watch some Panatinaikos or Olympiakos vs Efes or Fenerbahce basketball game live on court. Without booing Leonidas wouldn't be able to lift even 180kg. It gave him power, didn't distract him.

Ya but he was raised from a young age in bulgaria he trained under the bulgarian team coach and competed under bulgarian he might of been half turk half bugarian every one knows the bulgars are the kings of the lifts now they all fled bulgaria through out europe so very little left to compete for the bulgarian team when other countrys will pay them more if they compete for there country they held great champions for a long time but it's coming to an end do to open borders in europe long live the bulgars the strongest men on earth we salute you for the poorest country in europe but produced the most champions in this sport ,the aryan blood line of the beasts from the east

If what you are saying is true than tiny men would be dominating all forms of weightlifting competitions the world over! And this is not the case even with your ernest attempts to prove otherwise. Recovery time would be shorter because of lesser body mass. But a clear advantage? Hell no! Naim was just amazing and you have serious trouble admitting that for some reason

Weight to height ratio is nonsense. You can peddle your pseudo science all day if you like but all that matters in this competition is the weight on the bar. As far as Greeks and Turks are concerned peace is a mutual affair. Greeks have hardly been willing participants despite your obvious desire to paint Turks as war mongerers
