It's incredible how the Micron looks like a brush in your hand. So much precision and variations of lines.

Frank lives life dangerously. There's no undo in real life, lads. It makes you a better, more deliberate artist. With a distinguished style. You can somehow tell who's the digital-only artist from the traditional who uses digital. Their art looks better.

I like how much variation you get with your lines but how come you don't just use a brush pen wouldn't it help speed things up. Good job I like how you ride that line between realistic and cartoon with the big bold lines 😁

Frank if you don't mind me asking but what ever became of your Zombie King Series? You did one issue then cancel it. Any you chance you'll go back to it? Sorry I know you been ask that question many time.
@attieyag5 жыл бұрын
Frank, got a question. Do you ever feel like inking a drawing takes the life and speed out of it. I have always felt that there’s a certain amount of life in a finished pencil drawing that still has the sketches that are slightly visible.
@imhonsilva41895 жыл бұрын
attieyag Are you serious bruh? Inks amplifies the beauty of the pencil art, especially if the inker is a master.
@cheezyfilmsproductions18423 жыл бұрын
I disagree personally, but if you prefer just penciled art, you might enjoy the book Empowered! A very funny and likable superhero comic done strictly in pencil with no inks or colors
@attieyag3 жыл бұрын
@@imhonsilva4189 I feel like you can see the problem-solving process with pencils. I learn more from them. Also, when it’s inked, it’s finished. It’s done. It’s stable. When it’s a pencil, I feel like it’s alive and can still be anything because it’s still unfulfilled potential. (Maybe a little deep... but hey. That’s my 2 cents. )

How did you start holding your pen so far back? EVS and many others choke up tight, but you and Kim Jung Gi hold pens way back. Is this intentional or just natural for you?
@arobot74265 жыл бұрын
Better for not casting shadows from your hand, less smudging, better view of the drawing less obstructed by your hand, and allows for more range of motion in line work. Its common in painting as well and that's why paint brushes can be so long
@rm93085 жыл бұрын
I'm still curious about his own experience of it.
