At the beginning when he said, "good to be here" and scratched his head; giving away that he was lying because he's probably a little tired of doing these kinds of interviews. I enjoy them and others do but he doesn't seem to have the ego of someone who enjoys receiving blown smoke all the time.

Lampard is a proper student of the game. Since he was a player, always quiet and observant. Without the ball his head was on a swivel, always updating his information about what is going on around him. I really want him to go on to become one of the world's top managers.

Good man is Frank. He's a good man trying his heart out on his terms, who knows his own shortcomings, people need to understand that if people aren't successful for years it doesn't mean they're bad managers. Maybe they (him and Stevie G) aren't the best managers there could be, but with the right humility and understanding of what their roles are, could excel in who they are.

@@elienaddour8973 GIve value, be different than others, offer a different type of look, improve your background, improve every week, talk to people in your comments, understand supply and demands of youtube- be more positive, be more descriptive, be fast to talk about the latest news, reach out to fan websites, Were are your family from it sound like you are not from the uk ..... so look to gains support from your family country by talking about there football, dont think that 130 subs you have are nothing really cherish them.....unless you created most of them or they are your friends that dont follow you and just sub because fuck it they know you... dont ask for subs from thing not relating to your channel, get better audio...try to colab with people that have 200 subs as well , be patient it should never be about the views, watch content by marketing people (dont pay) like gary vee to help you understand how to be a better creator... always try to be better.....it hurts but think why should some one give a fuck abut watching you and how can i make them give a fuck......make more videos.........if you get 1.1k in views do more of that videos. His humble and honest nature is the reason he is one of the best midfielder in the world, he is my best player till date... reason being he was the least talented among other player (TBH) but with sheer hard work he decided to perfect the one thing he was good at and that was score goals, he observed and learned, he never thought he would be the greatest but HE DID, this is what i like, not some god gifted players who do not know what it likes to be average

Look when chelsea won the champions league. Both games against barca frank put ramirez through. First time he set up drogba. And my fav. When he lobed valdez in goal. For me the complete midfielder. And i know people compare him to Stevie G. But you never heard of Lampard slipping and letting any 1 through on goal. And he could do something stevie Xavi cesc could't do. Score 20 a season. He scored more goals the most of the strikes of his generation.

Frank for me was a fantastic footballer player that achieved many years of success by consistently performing at a high level. I think during his managerial career so far has been instrumental by him achieving semi finals and finals in competition which is essential for being a great leader is experiencing almost winner but then next year achieving those objectives of winner silverware.

And he did, the player who was least likely to make it to the top (among Scholes & Gerrard) but he did it... The reason why he is my best player till date (trust me i stopped watching football when he retired, but started watching again when he came as manager) is because he wasnt the talented one, he was the humble, hard working, observant learner, who practiced shots even after training to improve in one thing he was good at (ie- scoring goals)

On the question of `losing the dressing room': considering Franks years at Chelsea, the number of managers Chelsea went through and the narrative surrounding `player power' around Chelsea, it would be very interesting to hear Frank expand on this topic and his time as a player. I suspect he wouldn't want to say too much: Frank doesn't like to spread dirt etc but he would have a lot of experience there.
