It’s kind of weird that Frank was one of the first fighters I was watching when I first got into the sport, but this is the first time I’ve ever heard him have a longer form conversation. Which is probably my fault. When I was younger and new to the sport, I was a fan of Brock so I never paid attention to Frank but now that I’m older with a more wholesome view, I can see I missed out on getting to know him earlier. Anyways, I’m really happy you had him on your podcast. I now have a résumé review to do on Franks fights
