honestly I've learned to just not care about drafts with Yzerman. I could care less who we draft at 8. I know we will get the best player, potentially in the entire draft..

In some highlights i see some marner and a bit of kaprizov. I liked him when a year ago he was ranked at the bottom of the first round. If a team picks him outside of the top 10, could be the steal of the draft.

I've heard the Marner comparison, but Kaprizov is a first...I like it!

He's got immense skill and IQ. Definitely think he's bit of a project considering he loves to rush right in and split defenses as a light undersized forward. I think if he bulks up or learns to become more elusive, he's a first liner for sure.

I think he will pair well with Colton Dach and either Sepra or Kurashev. A very offensive line which will prove fast and skilled.

Needs to work on defense and strength (as you said), but I really wish he made some of those passes a bit quicker, maybe be a bit more unselfish and just make a pass instead of hounding the puck trying to find the perfect pass. Looked more like a winger to me than a center, has good speed and a good release, so maybe something like Pastrnak as time goes on? We'll see and I'll be keeping an eye on him because the Hawks took him 13th overall!

Crazy. Alex Debrincat is five-seven, 165, and an elite scorer, star, and more than competent on the defensive end. When will size become less a factor in drafting guys like Frank? Seriously, what separates Frank from the top five picks outside of a couple inches and fifteen pounds? Certainly not talent. Outright theft at 13th.
