This album came out right before I went to college...I listened to it the day it came out, like when this video was made, and thought it was dope while high af with my friend. Like maybe 3 or 4 weeks later I listened again by myself with headphones in bed with the lights off after getting high with my new college friends in my dorm room up here in Chicago 6 hours from home home. Man I cried like a god damn baby. Especially on Self Control. Then I listened to Channel Orange for the FIRST time right after and had a heavenly experience that night, cried a bit more as well.
