Paolo De Nora The song was still in the makings he just decided to perform it earlier. Probably to see if the crowd was feeling it. In another video the performance is complete but the song is not the same as we know. The lyrics had some changes and there wasn’t a final verse.

yeah this is an old version you can hear him say "I'd rather go to jail, I'd rather try hell" when in the 2016 version he says "I'd rather go to jail, I've tried hell"
