@infinitebadvibes99273 жыл бұрын
I think it’s just also due to the nature of the song. Most concerts where ppl scream or get excited through the song is when they are more up beat or a hype song if you will. I don’t think it would be fitting for people to cheer during the song especially with what the lyrics are about.

I feel like I was present for something very special and rare, and possibly something we'll never see again. Frank as a musician has retreated now, and no blame there. But I miss him. This was incredible to watch in person, but in hindsight it's even more powerful, because I feel like I witnessed something that will never happen again. Just like mine, versions of these belong to you After a while They're keeping me close to you That is why Never can say goodbye Oh no no no, I Never can say goodbye Even though the pain and heartache Seems to follow me whenever I go Try to hide the feelings But they always seem to show You say "turn around, you fool" You know I love you more and more Tell me why is it so- I don't wanna let you go I never can say goodbye.

@@sophisticatedluna6503 I never said it was one of Frank's worst but one of the worst I've heard from Frank. I've listened to probably 90% of his releases so I know what I like. Honestly to say he possibly outdoes the Jackson 5 version is easily a free ticket for me to deride the album version. Jackson 5 are historical good. Frank's album version of 'Close to You' is like mall music compared to this stunning performance. Nah you get outta here Mr 808

Every time I watch this I get goosebumps( I’ve had this video saved for 2 years ) I listened to Blond when it dropped in ‘16, I had just turned 18 at the time… It hits different now adays, definitely because of the trauma.
