She is game usually. She has appeared probably half a dozen times by now for various things. Fun.

Yes, neat to change it up and do something different like this.

That Thin Lizzy album is wonderful! Great underrated record. I have a UK and a US press.

I need some more Thin Lizzy for sure. I've seen that album a lot, but typically in bad condition. So when I found that one in good condition, it was a score.

Great to see that Arc Angel album. I found it a few years back. I like it as well. I had the cassette many years ago.

One of my favorites in the AOR world for sure.

Fun video, Jeff! Glad you tried the challenge. That QR album looks cool - does it only have 3 tracks on it? Frank
@JeffMcCormack77711 ай бұрын
That live Quiet Riot has 8 tracks, I was just mentioning a track or so that at the time wasn't on their studio albums.

My wife pulled albums at Christmas. One album per day, so it was my advent calender. Grave Robber is great band. SO Misfits. mr. Finglish (Bäd English Recs)

Can't believe I couldn't remember the Misfits name, it was on the tip of my tongue - I could see the album cover, just skipped a beat in my brain.

Good stuff guys that’s great. I wonder the thought process on all the pullers. Thanks now that Benny Hill songs in my head lol. Old guys do rule don’t we :-) Heck of a cover on that one! Awesome. Speaking of drums!!! Can’t go wrong with DT Can not go wrong with Thin Lizzy. Great story of Arc Angel Quiet Riot has always been a favourite, and the bonus was I became familiar with Slade due to them. Again great stuff guys thanks for that!

I had never heard of Slade prior to QR either, but mainly due to my age when they were more popular; well, and being from the US probably plays a part too. :)

Agreed we all should have well before we did (North America) but certainly better late then never.

@@RacerRecords I do love how after the QR stuff, the band came back and did some more records. I'm always on the look out for their classic stuff, but almost always, when I find them, they are in real rough condition.

You can find some decent used Slade but man they were at a lot of parties :-) I was very pleased as well with the album POST QR :-) Have a great night my friend!

Hey Jeff, you let your lovely wife loose amongst your records?! Brave man 😂 Arch Angel, you old romantic ❤ Excellent knowledge Jeff, and your wife did a great job. Mike

She is kind to my collection. She even occasionally plays her favorites - extremely loud - when cleaning house. :)

Never heard of Union, Grave Robber , nice Thin Lizzy , Arch Angel , Quiet Riot , Saxon what's shock Rock, Horror Rock ?
@JeffMcCormack77711 ай бұрын
Shock rock/horror rock is what they call bands like Alice Cooper (early on) and other type bands that wear creepy or scary costumes or stage shows and song lyrics.
