There's a version Sinatra did with Quincy Jones when Sinatra was in his 70's and it will blow you away. It's hard to find it sometimes, but it was done in the studio with a great back up band and one of the greatest drummers. If you can find it, it is a rare treat, he carries the notes much longer and his voice is magnificent. But I was just amazed at the band, one of the greatest videos I have ever seen, but it's not shown or talked about much.

I don’t know but I know licensing a Sinatra song costs big $$$$$$$$. For a while Married With Children reruns stopped using the Sinatra version of and Marriage because of licensing fees. I don’t think the early DVDs had it either because the original deal didn’t cover DVDs because of course they didn’t exist in 1986 or whenever they licensed the song.

HotWax93 I think it may have something to do with love allowing us to metaphorically hold onto youth therefore, without it we lose that “youth”. The rocking chair symbolizes that loss of youth.
