It seems like there's more Romanian crims in the UK than there are back in Romania. Even in places like Texas there are regular arrests of Romanian identity thieves planting skimmers on card readers.

Man that ending conversation was polar opposites, I don't think they've ever disagreed this much. Though I must say, I fully agree with Frank. Jean Claude can still do his spin kicks and is still in good shape, while Steven Seagal has stunt doubles to walk stairs for him.
