My only question with this that even if Aldo still hates conor, then can you even blame Aldo for that? Just put yourself in his shoes. You're a dominant champion and a guy comes and bullies you for I don't know, an year, and then knocks you out in 13 sec and doesn't give you the rematch you deserve. It's easy for Conor to forget and not have any malice, it's easy to be humble when everything is going good for you. And how can Conor have any malice after abusing and spitting that amount of poison against Aldo? Aldo on the other hand couldn't even punch Conor properly. It's human nature.

Just so people know the reason why Conor is like stupid confident. It's because he said confidence is the removal of doubt. And the way you remove doubt is with insane preparation. If you really think about that, it's true. If Conor trains every single day, he watches all his opponents fights 30 times each, learns all of their exploits. Creates a massive gameplan and practices it daily on sparing partners of the same build as his opponents, it makes sense. When you put in the work obsessively how can you not be confident. If you still feel nerves, then you didn't put in all the complete work yet, and it's a sign you gotta do more. I love it.

The Leg kicks that Jose threw were more useful back when Aldo specialized in them, the traditional Thai leg kick. Fighters are better now at using Thai leg kicks against you (Weidman vs Silva) checked kicks hurt, well placed kicks still hurt, and they leave you open for takedowns and counters. They are a power shot. Jon Jones throws a lot of leg kicks but they are not of the Thai variety, they are base down and aimed just above the front of the knee (oblique kick) these are the leg kicks that should be utilized now, Edson and Justin G still throw the chopping leg kick, and they get countered and hit the most in their division (SAPM) Leg kicks do not lead to very many stoppages (your neighborhood mma promotion aside) if I throw a kick and you catch it, time it for a counter strike or takedown that makes me wonder if my offense actually puts me in a poor defensive spot, is that single leg kick worth all the negatives. Sometimes it is, but only if they are setup with punches, Thai kicks are dangerous for both parties, everytime, clean or checked.

Loool mate when you get knocked out like that not only is there no need for a rematch. Does Aldo even want a rematch
@BlackTar25 жыл бұрын
@@aronammah2700 yea that kind of knock out leaves serious subconscious scars.

Just goes to show you how polarizing of a figure that Conor is. He KO’s Aldo, and the moment it happens Edgar has a feeling he won’t get a chance to fight him. It’s not because Edgar isn’t qualified, he certainly has the credentials. He just knew that this moment in time of the Conor era is just bigger than anything he’s ever accomplished. Crazy

Na I can’t see him winning Usman , styles make fights . Usman is too big for him. I think McGregor should fight the winner if khabib Tony and if he comes out victorious , challenge Jorge masvidal for the bmf then call it a day

True story about football players. I’m playing football since I was a little kid and started training kickboxing at 16. My leg kicks we’re stronger than the kids that we’re training for years. And that since day 1, without training. Let’s not talk about the rest of the fighting game...

I don't know why Mcgregor just doesn't defend his belts
@dustinevenson7205 жыл бұрын
He’s always looking forward to the next accomplishment. After both his belts he moved on and after he made his millions he lost his drive. Now he has a mountain to climb again and if he makes it to the top and there isn’t a next big thing we’ll probably see him retire
