So here's a silly question from a non-guitar playing guy, who can barely manage a few a strums. I am busy recreating this song in Ableton, but I'm working in f minor. I find the bar too bloody difficult to play, so I guess I could use a capo, like you have done here. Am I correct that the capo in this position turns your e minor chord to f# minor, i.e. a semitone higher than my transcription? Perhaps I used a flat piano when I transcribed - damn. Any advice?

Almost. A capo on fret 1 raises all chords by one semitone, so Em would become F minor (not F#m).
