I met Frankie 13 years ago when he was playing drums for a band on tour in my town. He ended up chatting with me for a good half hour, really solid guy.

One thing I love about this channel is everyone's honesty when it comes to family. Not all of us have that sit around the table amd keep in touch family. Some we just don't click with...blood or not. I tend to feel at ease with Micheal and his guests, and can relate. I definitely must be on a spectrum.

I said the same thing, " if my dad really cared how I was doing, he should reach out". We found out he had lung cancer and I lost him within 2 months. 2 days before Christmas 2023. I hadn't spoken to him for 9 months before he told me he had cancer...I know you think that line of thinking makes sense but trust me, you could regret it and then it's too late. And it will be too late to fix things. I hope you never know how hollow and unfulfilling death bed apologies are. There is such a thing as "it's too late".

Perfect timing! Just finished a rewatch of Malcolm a few weeks ago. Show is an absolute sitcom classic. I put it right up there with shows like the Office, Parks, Community and other similar single-cam, no-laugh track, sitcoms. It really did go on to inform a lot of those show, but still had such a unique flavor. There was not a wasted moment or character in that show.

Malcolm in the Middle is a GOAT show...crazy to think it almost hindered Bryan C. from getting the Walter White role, since producers saw him as goofy husband Hal. One of my fave Malcolm moments is in the series finale when his mom breaks down his entire life/career path to become president and Malcolm is speechless and can't retort...cause he knows she's right

I'm so excited to see Frankie in NASCAR. He has done so well over the years and I'm excited to see what he brings to the sport. It's a taxing sport and thankfully more safe. I giggled at his heart rate during a race. Remember when Dale Earnhardt Sr. heart rate was 55, even crashed because he fell asleep.
