you notice there's a big deficit in creative power today? I mean where's the new bands and art? It's being swindled from kids by media. Phones PCs video games are taking the place of imagination development. Don't get me wrong I love tech but kids on it constantly is like a diet of nothing but McDonalds it's junk food for the brain. The biggest advantage we old farts have over the youth is we remember before the internet. I don't know why parents let their kids have smart phones man give them a watch and a pager or cell that's not a small computer screen. Make them stay off and find something else to do. Don't know if you got kids or not but your about that age and if you want to creativity in the future set a trend to keep kids off media for good blocks of time so they develop their real world minds.

What is crazy as well is that the people who experienced the 1960s and 1970s are growing older and older. I love this music so much and it feels sad as if something has been lost in our time. This time period of cells phones, and just all this crap, doesn't feel as happy as those days. Maybe its not that different. Music and activists. I don't know. I was a child of the 1990s but grew up with all of this music. Every aunt I had shared there big pile of tapes and cds with me and were at odds about their music tastes. One of my aunts didn't seem much into music, but my mom played guitar and my older aunt loved disco and so many other genres. Now I am in my late 30s and no one around me seems to apprecate older music or should I say good music, except my son. So I hope that peope continue to share and bring back the good feeling that the old days brought us.
