I'm sure he's well-known and regarded by all professionals in music. This song and his rendition of it is one of my personal favorites. I feel a tug at my heart, whenever I hear it. My oldest son was born on December 28 several years ago. When I left the hospital about midnight after his delivery, this song was on the car radio. I cranked it up and needless to say I can’t hear it now without it taking me back to that life changing event late one December night!

The Four Seasons were known more for their early 60s hits ("Sherry" and "Big Girls Don't Cry") but they managed to keep up with the times and still crank out hits a decade later with a radically different genre.
