I love how much Tommy just loves playing. His laughter here is, I think, a mark of respect for his partners brilliance. It will not be too often that Tommy gets to play with someone of comparable ablility so you can tell he is in heaven here.

Not comparable but very good

I’ve noticed whenever Tommy plays with a partner with deep musical knowledge like Martin or Mimi Fox, he’s always humble. In live multi-song situations I’ve heard him joke about getting some lessons from (fill in the world class jazzer). Of course Tommy has his own musicality, magical techniques, positive energy, joy & showmanship that make him one of a kind. Both these guys are absolutely on my favorite guitarists list.

two great musicians. I've long been a fan of TE, thirty years at least since hearing him live at Hamer Hall in Melbourne, and I saw Martin Taylor at the Continental in Prahran around 1995 in company with another two Aussies, Andrew Pendlebury and the superb Doug Devries. That was a great night! But these two are pretty special ... what you'd give to bring Danny Gatton back from the dead and play with these guys

I have always amired Martin Taylor ....great to see him playing an AEX 1500. Truly you can see and hear his years playing with Stephan G . He is a master of Swing guitar ... I would love to see & hear Martin play with the great Fappy Lafertin. I enjoyed this and appreciate how they engineered the sound of the yamaha ... I know now that my AEX can produce that django sound and its all in the player ...very cool Cheers Dave Alberta
