Dude your videos are not even about the food anymore. Your sheer consistency on making quality product for a niche online cult of people over what seems like an infinite amount of years inspires me to pick up on projects that I have abandoned or lost motivation for. If you can do the same thing for this long with evolving gusto, verve, and pinache, then surely I can pick up and practice the saxophone again with some consistnacy. Bless you for the motivation.
