Tyson had a lot of success in the middle rounds with some brutal uppercuts. However, the mucking around at the beginning was just pure bravado. He was insecure in that fight and was trying to make it look like he wasn’t. It’s not like he was moving/bobbing/weaving and making Uysk miss. He was just in the corner on his own and making silly faces. Uysk wasn’t even throwing any shots at the time. I’d hope most boxing fans could see that

Wilder & Fury will never be the same again in The Ring against top-opposition. The fact Fury doesn't accept his loss to Usyk means he's lost again.

He sat there , answered the questions honestly, been in some cracking fights down the years. Maybe if the ref didn't give him a standing eight it wouldn't of gone past round nine , but he did.Fury carried on and on points there was nought in it , Goat level heavyweight boxing from both Usyk and Fury . Can't understand all the negativity that Fury gets , it's like some people are really jealous of him.Guess I answered my own question.Never understood jealousy.
@ritchski13 ай бұрын
Usyk beat Fury into talking complete sense in a calm collected manner. I wouldn't be surprised if he wins the rematch, people forget Fury was dominating the middle of the fight, he just left his foot off the gas and didn't account for Usyk having the incredible heart to come back into the fight. He will be well aware of this now. I think he will use his size to keep out of range and maybe be more aggressive. If he can get back into the form he was in for the second WIlder fight he has it won I think. but its a big question as to whether he can do that.

There's so many things that he says that's contradictory. I think it's a mixed bag. A lot of it has to do with mindset, and tbf, there's a lot of honesty in what he says. For Tyson to say in previous interviews, he doesn't care about legacy, and he's just there to get paid, I believe that's just what he has to say to himself. He is a historian of boxing, a walking encyclopedia of boxing, and he needs boxing to function too! Make no mistake, he does really care, and he is getting ready to do a job on Usyk. A lot of boxers won't tell you until their careers are over about what really went on behind the scenes, for a multitude of reasons, from not getting the next T.V deal, to public perception and the list goes on. Does Tyson need the KO, or can he do what he is ( now saying ) and box to victory? Either way, it's going to be another great night of boxing put on by the Saudis to help clean up their public image, and I'm gonna enjoy every hour, minute, and second of it! May the best man win!

Fury is a big man, but has anyone noticed that he appears scared shitless in the ring? When his opponent is coming forward and throws a few punches, Tyson has a distressed look on his face. I'm not saying he's scared in there, but his facial expressions appear to indicate that.

Usyk said himself, the fight with Fury was the hardest fight of his career so far. That is from the man himself, so all of the childish trolls in the comments know nothing. For someone who did 4 weeks training and zero sparring, and still gave Usyk his hardest fight, was amazing.

He is much smarter then most think with one of the best boxing brains there is!! everyone thought he would go bigger like wilder and ko him, wilder can’t box well, for him to use his brain and understand he was beating him, his skills at his size is next level, had the most success against him, the punchers haven’t, the old saying a great boxer will always beat a puncher!! This just showed how great of a boxing brain he has!!

I remember when alexander gustafsson said before the jon jones rematch "I don't need to change anything, the first fight was close" yet jon jones wasn't the same fighter as the first fight, likewise Fury should expect an even better Usyk, the whole first fight he was open to the overhand left, at least tell us you've changed your defensive strategy to deal with that.
