Frank Yang direct experience is where it’s at man, you were one of the first people to expose me to the idea of moving away from ideologies and paying attention to direct experience. I was really resistant at first because of how much I loved my own story but a few exposures to psychedelics and reading/listening to some McKenna helped me start to distinguish between the programs I was running and the data I was encountering while simultaneously recognizing that lack of division.

Some form of meditation daily and self-inquiry. Psychedelics are good too to boost your insights, but not necessary. Examine every belief you think is absolutely true, until you see all beliefs are relative and "false". Only thing anyone really knows is that consciousness exists, everything else is a belief. Also remember. This is not some belief System like religion, the point is to see what's real. an infinity doesn't mean there is no practicality or immediate location. just because there are an infinite places to be, doesn't mean there's no place in which you are momentarily as the momentary you. looking from infinity in, there is no location, as everything is infinite, looking from the singular out to the infinity, there is a location, even per infinities. as in, the infinities from the singular point of view are all just many singularities, so in a way they do not exist, just as singularities don't exist from the infinite. ultimately, what is good still comes down to practicality.
