I can't help but find it funny how people *immediately* gravitate to Infinite when they're seeing Black and Red. While, yes, Number 4 says Sage has similar colorings to past enemies, they don't realize how many enemies actually have this color scheme of Sonic's past enemies. |D Eggman, Shadow, Zavok, Black Arms (technically is Shadow's, but Sonic opposes them so), Egg Heavy and other Eggman Robots, Jet's Shoes.

Will you can say that's Sega's usual routine of rushing every single Sonic game to take all the money they can get from it like this guy was done so dirty he had all the potential in world to becomes to Sonic's best villain yet outside of mephilus and shadow but his execution was terrible like why didn't he betray eggman in the end and took the phantom ruby's power all for himself why didn't he finish Sonic when he had the chance or why he even the final boss like there would have been a potential between super Sonic and full powered Ruby infinite with some kind of transformation or something like so many opportunities that was all scraped because of the lack of time

​​​@@Hyper5104 In the original Japanese translation, the whole 'I'M NOT WEAK!" thing was because Shadow *alledgely* killed Infinite's squad, and he threw that whole tantrum not because he was a crybaby like the American version made it seem, it was because he found himself to be *too weak* to protect his squad, and because of him, they're dead by the hands of Shadow. That's why he swore to never be weak again.
