Pure joy Bohemian / Czech Kramar-Krommer! Dramatic melancholic melodic slow mov'nt (wow!) surrounded by a total immersion in happiness & life in the 1st & 3rd mov'nts (fun to hear AND play!)! Also well executed by the virtuoso Meyer duo supported by sensitive accompaniment of the orchestra, deceptively "straight" & seemingly "boring", but keep in mind Kramar-Krommer was NOT (yet) a romantic composer needing appropriate "subtle freedoms" in tempo.
