Anyone remember back to he and Lilith guesting on Wings with their travelling psychiatric roadshow, "The Crane Train to Mental Health", complete with engineer's cap and train whistle? Frasier has always leaned hilariously into the theatric and money-making ventures. I love this show.

Full time working on a TV show... He probably had that as an outlet to express his thoughts 😊 Oh and they really like it when you were published in the last 10 years, because old papers are often considered outdated because new research is always conducted which tends to add to the science in a matter that may contradict or overwrite older perceptions.

Yeah, I just watched the S7 episode Morning Becomes Entertainment again the other night where he co-hosts a tacky TV show with Bebe and you can see this new episode is rooted in it. There, Niles showed him how he'd descended from "legitimate psychiatrist to dancing bear." Olivia says she wants the dancing bear. Also, Frasier dressed up silly outfits, chefs uniform and wearing silly hats was just like the show he briefly hosted and nearly stayed on permanently.

I thought it was a ridiculous idea to give Frasier his own show after Cheers. I thought it would fail. Fortunately, I thought wrong. Frasier was extraordinarily funny and brilliant. The writing and cast were superior. When I heard about this Frasier reboot I thought it was a ridiculous idea as well. Once again it looks like I was wrong. 😆

There's an episode of the original run of Frasier where Bebe nearly leads him down a path similar to this, where he hosts some Breakfast Television show where he does Sean Connery impressions and cooks with chimps. The only thing that stops him from accepting the job is Niles. This was bound to happen eventually.
@rontwentyone13 күн бұрын
This was by the funniest scene in the whole new series, however they missed something here. Just as Frasier obsessively kept cassette tape recording of each of his radio shows, we could have seen here him scrolling through files and files on his laptop to get to the two clips he played in order to demonstrate how he made sure he had a digital copy of each of his TV episodes as well. Alan could have commented on that.
