I'm not sure what's worst, the complete lack of imagination by the fraternity members to come up with something that is clever without being dangerous, the absolutely twisted and evil means of torture they did come up with, or the fact that those poor freshmen actually thought it was worth it to subject themselves to the physical and psychological torment just out of some desperate need to belong.
