I hope That court goes well for you. My rights were terminated to one of my children wrongfully and it's heartbreaking and something no one will understand unless they are going thru it. I'm sorry and I'm praying for you and your family. U will make it thru this and come out on top. If you need help with your federal complaint give me a call...

I would visit my daughter then her g'ma would call her and tell her how I was a "POS"....etc. Then my daughter would misbehave. They took visits away, then phone calls, then letter writing. She got upset because the g'ma would gaslight all the time. I went to object as they were giving her 11 psych meds a DAY. Could not afford expert witness. judge says, "You are not a doctor." No, I am not but I could read the literature! LA County is known to use the children in the Foster care system as guinea pigs for Big Pharma. While the judge considered my petition, we broke for lunch. BIG EARTHQUAKE shook the building. Of course I was denied and my daughter ran away and lived on the streets for 2.5 years to get away from that hellhole. When my daughter visited me at age 26 for Christmas in 2022, I showed her all the court documents. After 3 hours of reading, she said, "So in all that time you were the ONLY one who told the truth." Yep and that is why I kept everything!

I keep everything too. I have 1000s of documents and court filings. I want my children to know the truth and to know they were not to blame for this injustice and they were never abandoned. It’s insane what these family courts are doing to terrorize innocent people and to keep children from loving parents for profit. Thank you for sharing your story with us. ❤

My prayers is with you and your family... Courts these days make their own law as they go along its scary.. I'm not going through what you're going through but I am being screwed by the law the neglecting me in order to keep their snitch close to them.. plain and simple.. but I will pray for you hun.. I already would have lost it if not for Jesus Christ.good luck sweetie... Yes it does happen all the time I agree 100%
