I want to pursue research in the physical sciences, but there is little scope for research and innovation in this country. This career path is usually discouraged and looked down upon by society, and even the government provides minimal incentives compared to countries in the West. I am from that era when Dr APJ Abdul Kalam was the president I remember, my physics teacher asking who is the president of India, when I was 14. I said Abdul Kalam. She responded "tera chota bhai hai?" I responded back "Dr APJ Abdul Kalam". She responded "better". That was the respect. And my whole class chose science except 5 6 kids, because everyone wanted to be Kalam.

it's not the fair comparison. PM has to jump in elections , while President has not to. A PM has to inspire people , same time making sure he is popular , known in GEN Z. Though agreed, materialism and short term shouldn't be encouraged.

Recently I have been watching some of the shorts and videos of Mr.Naman Shrivastava. My observation is he is over-critical of Mr.Modi and the current government. My view is, we also need to see things in the context of political compulsions, etc. We also need to keep in mind that this country has continuously been mismanaged in several aspects and it takes several years to set things right in this vast, diverse and populous country. But please continue to share your critical thoughts and in some way that will help youngster to get all points of views. But be cautious not to negatively influence.

as time progresses, people don't want to become engineers and doctors rather they want to become content creators because it's easy. We can see the shift going downhill in Engineering entrance exams. The number of candidates is getting less each year.

I'm a game developer, and I think India really needs some good developers and Tech leads, we really lack them here. My life's best decision was to not go for any government exam or even college after School. I've reached at a good place, and when people ask me how to reach there, I have no suggestions other than hard work, I wish there was more ways and dedicated ways to become what you want. After interviewing people passed out of BCA, BTech, etc with gaming degree, Their knowledge is less than what they could have learned in 1 year. It's one of my life's goals now to create that platform, for my field at least.
