Last year Himachal have suffered alot due to rain this year beginning North east have suffered and now all India is suffering from these rain. There is an actual need of designing structures which are not only earthquake resistant but but can also withstand the severe rains and harsh climate and this can only be possible if we stop giving bribes to the department and raise voice against it.
