Explaining the process that he says the man likely used to convince Lois that the stacks of “white money” were genuine U.S. currency, Williams continues, “He used sleight of hand.”

Yes he's making a point however a real board trained licenced professional which Phil has not been since 2006 (but that's another story 'why he gave up his licence eh?) would never treat any delusion person to such ridicule. When you've lost that much money and are as romantically invested as she is, the truth is far more overwhelming than you or I can imagine.
