Me and my special needs toddler were unlawfully removed from our residence by a social worker with the threat of arrest. They asked former house guests, that were a threat to the safety of our environment, to come fill the spots to come take care of my newer Guest Uncle (70 years old, of which I had full Power of Attorney and never had a the slightest complaint from ANYONE). We discovered much later that these agents/squatters moved my uncle out and faked that they were still there on behalf of APS to take care of my uncle. Pandemic eviction moratorium is what the local law enforcement claimed that squatters were protected. It's been 720 days and now the owner of the home has passed and the administrator of the estate says I only stored items there for free and that I am not allowed there, and the squatters are the new caretakers. These caretakers have published on social media that they are throwing away/disposing of all of our possessions over this weekend. I ha e also paid over 70k directly to the mortgage company and all the utilities are in my name and current. I provided these documents to law enforcement ahead of time and went with a team to make peaceful entry. (Filmed) Now there is a temporary restraining order against me while they Further destroy our life and personal possessions, as they continue to stalk my family and closest friends. There's a very interesting case going on right now. Nexon ( large corp) vs Iron Mace (new small company). This case is going to be held in Washington D.C. Nexon is accusing Iron Mace of copyright and trade secrets. RIght now Nexon has managed to speed things up by skipping the Hague and has summoned Iron Mace they have 21 days to respond. So my question is would it be fine if Iron Mace started selling the product during the summons? How could this backfire? So at the end of the summons will both parties be in front of the judge and the TRO instantly go into effect or would there be several days or weeks while the judge is deciding?

@@attorneysteve a certain religious group operated for 6 years. The religious group faced cases agains the Security of Exchange and Comission due to alleged illegal collection of donations with a return of 30% payback every month. On April 2019 the SEC filed a case against this group luckily this religious group won, beacause the SEC didnt showed up. The REGIONAL TRIAL COURT gave this group Preliminary injuction. After a month the President of the nation ordered closure of this group without further investigation, freezed the accounts and all, preventing them to operate, the president accused the group for a wide scale estafa, but no members filed against the religion because the people believed that the religious group aim is to help the poor, and for 6yrs of operating they helped tons of people. Is there any chance that the religious group will stop its operation? Is preliminary injuction exempt the president and the SEC? THANK YOU 😊

Hi from Great Britain if a urgency injunction has been granted can the parties on the granted side still contact the man that they have laid a complaint of. Basically my case a local council has claimed harassment alarm and distress to four council officers it was granted that I should not contact them from 22nd Jan 2020 but on 28 th of Jan 2020 one of the officers has contacted me with a planning notice. Has he breached the injunction. Appreciate a reply Melvin in Great Britain

Dear Steve: May I ask you a question, please? What is the difference between "preliminary injunction" and "permanent injunction"? Will the injunction become permanent only once the final judgment is rendered by the trial court? What happens if an appeal is filed before the Court of Appeals? Is the injunction suspended or not? Last but not least, is the plaintiff allowed to file an interlocutory appeal against the denial of the preliminary injunction? Regards, Tarlei (lawyer in São Paulo, Brazil)

A preliminary injunction can only be issued if the plaintiff demonstrates that it is likely to succeed on the merits. Compare Lucy Webb, dealing with a permanent injunction requested as specific relief, and Winters, dealing with a preliminary injunction issued at trial against the Navy for conducting sonar activities harmful to marine mammals off the coast of California.
